CJW II Chapter Recruiting Cards

It happens time and time again. You are talking to a potential new member for the Chapter or the SAR and you need to get some contact information. Sometimes it goes well, other times you are at an event, taking a walk or somewhere where pen and paper are not handy. To help the member with this situation we have developed the Chapter Recruiting Card.

This handy two-sided card is chock full of information and important ways for a person to contact the chapter. Simply hand it to the interested person, point out the proper url and they have the contact information in their hands.

On the front of the card is the Chapter name, SAR logo and our affiliation with the Virginia Society is noted. The card also trumpets our exceptional record of six best chapter awards. Also included is a listing of the 5 counties which the chapter calls home.

The back of the card features a message that all meetings are open to the public and provides several website urls. First there is the url to the chapter website itself. Then there is the url to the page where the potential member can contact the chapter with emails going to several officers and the registrar so a response is sure to follow.

We supercharge the value of the card by providing a link to the Color Guard Appearance request form and also provide a quick link to a stored search on Mapquest. This link gives the location of the Clarion Inn and Conference Center where we hold our meetings.

The cards are available to any member at the registration table at all our meetings. Be sure to pick up a bundle or two and carry the cards in your wallet. Don't ever be caught unprepared again!
